To be honest, I don't quite enjoy how the set/castle is turning out. If we wish to satisfy our viewers we are going to need to create a more pleasing set. The problems with the one we have now (which I'm sorry to say) is that it lacks organization, diversity, uniqueness, and overall appearance. When this introduction comes out people are expecting something new and amazing, not something unplanned and quickly built. It has to be dynamic and very interesting to look at. If this channel is going to succeed we need to put more time and effort into not just building but also communication and planning (such as sketches or blueprints). This first introduction video needs to be our best and in order to do that we have to be willing to work (which summer will provide the time for those who have school). I will show some examples of what our set needs to be at least. I am able to build up to this with time, but I don't know about you guys.




Here are some ideas on what needs to be done:
-something where we can share sketches and continuously edit a main one together.
-better communication on what actually needs to be built
-details included in the plans like exactly where individual items and building would go
-better attention to details
-use the script as a reference for building and tweaking
-custom texture pack so things won't look different to any players
-other minor additions as well

I hope this isn't offensive or discouraging in any way, it's purpose was to improve the overall welfare of our team, in other words things need to be improved and changed.

Hmm, you do have a point. By now too many people (including me and MIDWATCH) are just messing around with the plugins. I think I should remove all unnecessary plugins and perhaps even use McEdit to make schematics to load in. Tomorrow will be the day I turn everything off and I will begin kicking (not banning) those that interrupt building. Time to crack the whip, its been at least a week now since we got together. Lets go become the next Yogscast!

Aye, I have some friends but they live in Japan. In other words, 1 am is their 5 pm. Thats not much help, but surely we can get others.

I don't have the server IP, But also my timezone is different, We need to use the calendar widget on this site and put dates and times we'll be building. But I still completely agree and will try to be way more active.

Not necessarily, there are silent actors; such as some of the people in the Shadow of Israphel where they just type. Or just someone who just walks and does something vital such as a random solider following orders.

Mid i mean no hate but I will say this:
We are going to focus on other areas to (for other parts of the movie)
And we are trying our best to get the basics done. We will spruce it up after we have all outlines and basic builds done.
