Someone has been a nuisance to the Loneminers and has been closely speculated and it has come to this
Person of Subject: XxGcastxX
Action of Interest: Griefing, Bad mouthing members, Doubting/Dissing Loneminers.
Judgement: Possible removement.
21st-23rd Of June, Reportings were made of XxGcastxX Lava-ing (Griefing) buildings and such on Godu92's server, he was Deopped and was refused to be Reopped. Later on a faction server he was badmouthing me and MIDWATCH, he said that Loneminers weren't going to do anything and he doesn't care if he was removed. I have decided that we should vote on if we should remove him or give him a smaller punishment.
Evidence:
1. Godu's server log.
2. Witnesses

Not to get childish but guys, If we do have roles, I would love to be the one to be as you'd call it the Prosecutor (Unless the case is about me.) But Smoth ALWAYS has the final decision no matter what. We have evidence and I'll edit that to the post.
